Consulting Services
I work with leaders to clearly identify problems and innovative solutions to more rapidly achieve their personal and organisational goals.
I work collaboratively, involving the client personnel and resources, with a focus on the transfer of skills to the client
My engagements are usually completed with in one to six months. I
work against specific objectives, with specific measures, providing value to client and their goals.
What I Do:
These are few examples of the types of work I do with clients and the results acheived.
Daniel approaches each project or problem with an open mind and manages to adapt his thinking to overcome problems by setting achievable goals and planning a path with an overall outcome in mind. By prioritising tasks and sorting the essential from the non-essential, he manages to streamline larger projects with the ability to then pursue other avenues or interests and thus provide greater income or personal time. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking to improve their day to day efficiencies by evaluating and improving the bigger picture. Thinking outside the square may be a cliché, but Daniel proves that a trained, fresh set of eyes can do wonders to any business or individual looking to take things to the next level. Organisational Re-Structures
Efficient and flexible structures are important in todays business world. I involve executives, owners, staff, and any external stakeholders to formulate a comprehensive structure.
Benefits of structures are a higher productivity from team members,
more efficient processes and communications, higher customer service. At Westpac I amalgamated 3 teams into one taking advantage of synergise within the roles.
Strategy Formulation & Implementation
At iSeek Lending I facilitated strategy creation, which enabled the business to prioritise and allocate resources to achieve key outcomes.
Allowing for entrepreneurial culture while implementing basic systems necessary to maintain quality during dramatic growth.
Service and Quality
At Westpac Bank I designed programs and systems that places emphasis on customer service and relationships. These are the ‘intangibles’ that achieve pragmatic business results.
Workshops
At Westpac Bank I designed and implemented workshops for professional development in areas on innovation,
building leadership capability, and team building.
These pragmatic business concepts have immediate application on the job. This resulted in increasing Leadership Index scores from 73% to 91% in 9 months.
At Zancott Recruitment I facilitated workshops to free up senior managements time to think. Using tools and techniques to facilitate and capture key ideas required for innovation.
A complete and comprehensive R&D and project management methodology was introduced enabling the business to capitalise on future opportunities for growth.
Re-engineering, Process Improvement & Systems Design
At Westpac I also evaluated and analysed key processes that were inefficient and not meeting customer expectations and requirements. The benefits resulted significant cost reductions, and significant increases in customer satisfaction at the same time. One project yielded a $140k saving in 14 weeks, directly off the bottom line.
